Centuries later, the coffee bean was smuggled out of the African continent by the Dutch to ensure a fine future in the newly discovered East Indies.

They are roasted to a desired darkness, ground to a fine powder and further prepared using filtered water and a modified espresso process using hot water and nitrogen pressure. Using nitrogen to pressurize our espresso process helps reduce oxygen, therefore reducing the risk of any unwanted oxidation of desirable flavor compounds found in our rich Arabica coffee beans.
