Costa Rican beans are known as one of the best coffee beans in the world. The high altitude and volcanic soil produce a fragrant, heavy bodied, mildly acidic coffee. Medium Roast.
The beans are roasted to a desired darkness, ground to a fine powder and further prepared using filtered water and a modified espresso process using hot water and nitrogen pressure. Using nitrogen to pressurize our espresso process helps reduce oxygen, therefore reducing the risk of any unwanted oxidation of desirable flavor compounds found in our rich Arabica coffee beans.
